What if you are not satisfied with the service?

Your satisfaction is of primary importance to me.    Should you have any questions or problems with my service, please speak with me immediately.  I will make every effort to rectify any areas of concern.

I strive to maintain a reputation for honesty, integrity, and high quality services and to treat customers, the individuals and companies they report to, and the community with respect and honest appreciation for the services provided by the non-profit organization.

In addition, I extend the following offer:

If, at any time, you are not completely satisfied you may cancel our agreement without explanation.  Upon payment in full of all outstanding invoices, I will donate ten percent (10%) of all payments made by you to N P Connection in the prior six months, back to your organization.
