offers a range of services to non-profit organizations. Currently
services are only offered to non-profit organizations in New Hampshire. (If you are in another state, please call or email with your interest in services.) In this world of constantly changing requirements for non-profit organizations, call

services: General ledger services are offered on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis, determined by the non-profit company's
needs. Included in general ledger services are the following:
- Reconciliation of accounts as needed
- Preparation of work papers
- Preparation of adjusting entries
- Internal Financial statements
Year-end services include scheduling and coordinating the audit with the non-profit's CPA firm, preparing any
additional reports as requested by the CPA, and reviewing the draft audit as submitted by the CPA. Bank reconciliation includes reconciling
the bank statements and preparation of any corrections or adjustments needed. Budget preparation is offered annually for
an organization as a whole or by reporting unit. Budgeting for a new program or development is offered as needed.
Preparation of financial data required by grants, funding agencies, banks, the Board of Directors, and other external agencies . Initial set-up of a computerized or manual accounting system is the foundation for producing reliable and useful financial information. I will perform a
detailed analysis of the organization's current accounting system and implement any type of accounting system chosen by the organization. Payroll services
include preparation of tax returns and W-2s. I will assist the non-profit in setting up payroll in-house and provide training in payroll
preparation and reporting. Consultation and training
in any area of record keeping, budgeting, and reporting is offered on
an as needed basis. Review of current internal control procedures
and recommendations for change. |
